Who has inspired you most on your entrepreneurial journey?

Though I take a lot of inspiration from successful entrepreneurs such as Gary Vaynerchuk and Jeff Bezos, my main inspiration comes from my mother. Watching her hustle to build a better life for my family from the moment she immigrated to America is what gives me the drive and ambition to constantly get better.

How do you create a work/life balance?

When you’re an entrepreneur your work often becomes your life. So first I make sure that the work I am doing is what I love and am passionate about. The next step is managing my time. I try to work smarter, not harder. The more efficiently I use my time, the more time I have to maintain a healthy work/life balance. This includes going to sleep at a reasonable hour. I may be 21, but I value a good night’s rest! Lastly, I’m not afraid to ask for help. I wouldn’t be where I am today without the help and guidance of so many incredible and supportive mentors, family, friends and employees.

Words you live by: Get Shit Done.
Apple or PC: Apple. (This is an ongoing debate in our office!)
Spirit animal (and why): Sharks, because they're fearless and only swim forward. I'm always thinking about my next move and forward planning in my personal and professional life. What’s more, I was one with the Sharks when I landed a deal on ABC’s Shark Tank.
