Tell us about Aunt Flow.

Aunt Flow offers businesses and schools a full system for providing freely accessible menstrual product to their employees, students, and guests. Toilet paper is offered for free, why aren't tampons and pads? In just one year, we have grown to stock over 150 companies like Twitter and Viacom with our free-vend dispenser and 100% organic cotton tampons and pads. People helping people. What are your best hacks for productivity?

I am ALL about efficiency. A few of my favorite tools:
Calendly - Calendar booking plugin. I know that some people think that sending a calendar link can come off as "rude," but I just think that it emphasizes efficiency.
Boomerang - Gmail plugin to ensure no email goes unanswered.
Podcast App - I spend 1-2 hours a day listening to podcasts. Some of my favorites include Revisionist History by Malcolm Gladwell, Hidden Brain, The Daily, and More Perfect.

How do you create a work/life balance?

Right now, I am in a position where I love what I do SO much that even my "personal activities" pertain to what I do. I find myself involved in reproductive health meetups, feminist rallies, and period positive events. Honestly, if I am interviewing someone and they tell me that one of their priorities is "work/life balance," I don't think they are a good fit for our culture right now. I do hope this changes as we get past our 2-year mark, but right now I have come to accept that we are in the grind and that is okay.
