Zyper's technology uses a combination of natural language processing and computer vision to identify peer to peer networks.
We're a venture backed Series A business (Y Combinator 2018) experiencing very exciting growth, with a number of high profile clients across the US, and are aiming to double our talented international team, with backgrounds at a range of top-tier universities and world-leading tech companies.
We are currently looking for an experienced and hands-on Finance & Operations Manager who will report to the Founder. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a strong financial and operational team player with the ambition and dedication to be a leader. You’ll play an integral role in a fast-paced, growing company and act as a right hand to the founder. The ideal candidate will deliver best-in-class financial and accounting operations and bring a strategic perspective to allow the organization to scale operationally.
Manage the P&L and weekly cash flow reporting to the founder.
Define and maintain financial and operational metrics of the company. Working closely with our head of sales to evaluate pipeline and revenue performance.
Scope out cost base inefficiencies and build macro level forecasts and financial models.
Ensure our remote book keeping and accounting firms are streamlined. Manage and optimize these relationships.
Assist in preparing analysis, commentary and presentation material for the monthly and quarterly financial review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Continuously evolve the month end process to improve speed, efficiency and accuracy evaluating the tools we use to do this.
Proactively seek opportunities to improve planning, reporting and day-to-day finance operations.
Benchmark Company performance against competition when available and identify business, financial trends, and variances to plan
Responsible for maximizing operating performance and achieving financial goals.
Help the founder run the day to day operations of the business. This will range from running 1:1’s and standups to filing company reports. No task is too small. We are an early stage start-up we all roll our sleeves up and help.
Manage all Admin Operations concerning contracts, filing and reporting and legal agreements. Evaluate business risks, develop mitigation strategies and deploy agreed solutions.
You may be required to supervise the work of different departments and provide constructive feedback.

EA/ Office Manager (to support you in any admin related tasks)
HR Consultant (to support you in any HR related tasks)
Head of Sales
5+ years of progressive experience working in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related field
Strong people skills and ability to build internal and external relationships
Proven ability to communicate with execs, and to hold business partners accountable
Strong team-orientation; ability to drive culture and create a positive working atmosphere
