The Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program is a business assistance program for small disadvantaged businesses. The 8(a) Program offers a broad scope of assistance to firms that are owned and controlled at least 51% by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.
The National 8(a) Association is a non-profit who's mission is to provide education and guidance for all aspiring, current and graduate 8(a) businesses. We are also proud to work with HUBZone, SDVOB, SDB, WOSB, DBE, 8(a) Joint Venture, Federal Agencies, Prime Contractors, Industry Professionals, and Business Vendors.

The Conference offers educational sessions, matchmaking, networking and resources for all small businesses including: minority, aspiring, current and graduate 8(a); HUBZone; SDVOB; VOSB; SDB, WOSB, DBE, and teaming partnerships. The event attracts hundreds of federal agencies, large business primes, and corporate companies to provide multiple opportunities in one location to grow your business in the federal contracting arena.
The 2020 Conference will take place February 11-13, 2020 at the New Orleans Marriott in New Orleans, Louisiana, and has opened the call for speaker abstracts. Preference is given to panels with multiple companies and new and innovative education topics. Space is also available for dedicated guaranteed breakout sessions by sponsoring.
