We are currently looking for a go-getter Sales Development Representative to help shape the future of Mogul.
In this role, you will be partnering with top HR leaders to pioneer a movement that enables workplaces to attract, retain, and advance top diverse talent through our award-winning softwares.
You will increase Mogul's B2B revenue through generating new business leads, and help startups, mid-size, and Fortune 500 companies diversify their talent pipelines by an average of 74.4% per year.
Act as the first touch-point for potential new Mogul partners, communicating our value-proposition and mission to them with high success
Identify, qualify, and develop a strong pipeline of new business opportunities to further support our revenue growth
Generate leads through various methods, prospect, and conduct the first qualification call with your leads
Develop lists for outbound sales initiatives to ensure only the most highly qualified leads are being passed on to our Account Executives
Have the opportunity to occasionally close lower tier packages directly with your leads
Have 1+ years B2B lead generation experience - SaaS or startup experience is a plus!
Are resilient, persistent, and have the ability to overcome objections - a HUNTER!
Must overdeliver always, but prefer to be a part of a supportive team (rather than being too competitive with others)
Thrive in an entrepreneurial & free-flowing startup culture, and are analytical, detail-oriented, and organized
Have a strong passion for building a successful career in sales
