The Opportunity:

GoldJam Creative is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, proactive individual to help us scale our small business! This person will have a unique opportunity to directly impact a growing business, work closely with the co-founders, and own responsibilities in a way you may not be able to at a large corporation. If you are interested in entrepreneurship and/or learning the ins and outs of a small business, this is an excellent opportunity!

As the Business Development and Client Experience Coordinator, you will act as the main point of contact for current and prospective clients. You’ll own and nurture these relationships, as well as establish new ones. You’ll communicate the value of our trainings, know each workshop through and through, and assist with the development of workshop content. You’ll provide support to the co-founders, helping with the daily management of the business. Last, as a critical member of a small team, we want you to bring your own ideas to the table! Responsibilities:

  • Assemble training proposals for current/prospective client.

  • Communicate with current/prospective clients to assess their needs and goals, to customize workshops, and to secure their workshop booking.

  • Coordinate workshop logistics between the client and GoldJam instructors.

  • Prospect, conduct cold outreach, and schedule sales calls with prospective clients.

  • Take sales calls alongside one of the co-founders.

  • Manage the sales funnel: keep track of key details from calls, know where each prospect stands in the sales cycle, and diligently follow up with prospects.

  • Respond to all inbound inquiries and warm leads.

  • Develop and manage partnerships with organizations of similar missions to generate leads.

  • Keep marketing materials and online presence up-to-date.

  • Organize internal databases to keep track of upcoming trainings and associated tasks with each training.

  • Assist in the development of customized workshop content (e.g. conducting initial research, suggesting takeaways, developing agendas).

Seeking Applicants who have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree graduate or higher.

  • An excellent communicator (both verbal and written).

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented. (Your skills put Marie Kondo to shame!)

  • Comfortable working autonomously, and enjoy working collaboratively with team members.

  • Proactive, someone who takes initiative.

  • Excited about helping to grow a small business.

  • Passionate about or interested in what we do!

Compensation: Full-time
