EasyPoint is a flight concierge service that specializes in heavily discounted international, first and business class flights by leveraging miles and points redemption strategies. Confused? Don’t be. In a nutshell, we are points and miles experts who are helping business and leisure travellers alike get to from A-B in style and at a fraction of the cost.
We are now looking to change that and start to invest in growth via partnering with SMEs and are looking to bring on a Head of Biz Dev to lead these efforts. We are looking for a hungry and motivated individual who has a passion for travel and improving the lives of others.
Working directly with the Founder/CEO on growth and partnerships strategy
Managing personal relationships/accounts for prospective clients.
Physical mail campaign
Creating partnerships with other SMEs
Creating and hosting events
Honing in on terms and strategy for referral program, differentiating individuals, small businesses
3+ years of Biz Dev experience in the travel industry
Extensive past international business travel experience
Relationships with the following target customer segments that regularly book (2x+ per month) long haul international business/first class tickets:
Venture/Private Equity Investors with offices around the world
Past experience with any of the following:
Optimizing personal miles and points
Churning credit cards
A disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success
Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
Time Commitment: Open to part time and full time but full-time preferred, anywhere between 15-75 hours a week
Location: San Francisco Bay Area, but for the right candidate open to remote work
Compensation: Monthly retainer with commissions for new partnerships + overall sales, salary + equity offer in 2-4 months
