The Opportunity:

We are now looking to change that and start to invest in growth via partnering with SMEs and are looking to bring on a Head of Biz Dev to lead these efforts. We are looking for a hungry and motivated individual who has a passion for travel and improving the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

  • Working directly with the Founder/CEO on growth and partnerships strategy

  • Managing personal relationships/accounts for prospective clients.

    1. SDR emails

    2. Physical mail campaign

  • Creating partnerships with other SMEs

  • Creating and hosting events

  • Honing in on terms and strategy for referral program, differentiating individuals, small businesses

Experience:

  • 3+ years of Biz Dev experience in the travel industry

  • Extensive past international business travel experience

  • Relationships with the following target customer segments that regularly book (2x+ per month) long haul international business/first class tickets:

    1. Companies/agencies

    2. Conference/corporate speakers

    3. Venture/Private Equity Investors with offices around the world

    4. Consultants  

  • Past experience with any of the following:

    1. Optimizing personal miles and points

    2. Churning credit cards

    3. Manufactured Spending

  • A disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success

  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills

Time Commitment: Open to part time and full time but full-time preferred, anywhere between 15-75 hours a week

Location: San Francisco Bay Area, but for the right candidate open to remote work

Compensation: Monthly retainer with commissions for new partnerships + overall sales, salary + equity offer in 2-4 months
