At Forge, we have built a flexible scheduling platform that allows retailers, restaurants and distribution centers to create a custom talent pool and offer flexible shifts to that qualified, trained and hired group of individuals. On average, our software helps these companies save up to 50% on their labor costs and fill anywhere between 50 - 1000 hours of additional work each month.
