Tell us about your current work:
I am the founder of a branding and innovation agency called Insurgents. And as the name suggests, our goal is to partner with brave business leaders who want to break through barriers and bureaucracy to uncover new worlds of opportunity. We don't think outside the box, we think like there is no box. We work across diverse categories from fashion to food, beauty to banking, toys to tech, hospitality and health. And we specialize in helping startups find their purpose and growth strategy.

Many startups say they are not ready to brand, but I strongly believe it's never too early to find your Master Brand. It will serve as your North Star and most critical guiding concept for everything you do in the future - from business decisions to hiring to messaging. It will help clarify your unfair advantage and unique POV. It will also act help you avoid making costly mistakes. Finding your Master Brand will require you to have a focus and vision. And you may need to pivot from some deeply held beliefs and behaviors - so keep an open mind. But once you land on it, and own it - every decision you make will be clearer and easier going forward. I promise.
